I have tried starting this blog about 10 times now and have deleted the first sentence that many times. My brain is not only scattered from H's new multiple wake ups during the night and fussiness during the day (teething??) but also from some massive drama that happened over the weekend that still has my heart broken, my feelings crushed and my eyes more open to things they were closed to before.
An innocent cat's life was ended at the Humane Society (her life could have been saved with sugery) and my Grandparents were completely lied to in order to cover up the details.
Sometimes you think you know people and you don't. I'd love to say more, to really express my feelings, but I don't have it in me right now. I am so hurt that it will probably only do more damage. I am the bad guy (as is my Mom) for being truthful, respectful of life and trying to do the right thing. I am more of the bad guy because I called folks out on FB about it. I love this quote that a friend of mine had in her status today...

As you can tell, this is family drama. Is there really any other kind? I am kinda disappointed in myself for not getting into the nitty gritty here since this is MY blog and I can do or say whatever I want! But I am tired of the cutesy comments and the indirect stabs at me on FB instead of just coming at me with full guns. Maybe it is because my debate is with words of steel...the truth. That's ok. I told Mom today...there has to be SOMEONE in our family other than us, that is devastated by how this all went down. Most won't want to rock the boat and most will continue to lie to my Grandparents. It is really just so sad. All of this could have been avoided if everyone rallied together to do the right thing. I guess it is time to put this to bed. It is too late and there is blood on hands...

From this point forward, the FB war is over. The war within will certainly make its mark.
