There isn't much to update on at this time. But I thought some pics of my garden would be a good place to go. I am very excited on the progress. I need to do some thinning (I started on my radishes but didn't finish) but things seem very happy! Take a look:
Radishes mixed with carrots - one row I have thinned the other I still need to do

Another pic - the third row is carrots only

Green onions

Sweet onions - I have to wait until all of the green limp over and turn brown before it is harvest time. Don't they look pretty?

Shallots

Garlic

Sweet and hot peppers

Close up of a yellow bell pepper bud!

Close up of a jalapeno bud

My Thai Chili plant with a bunch of buds!

Cherry tomatoes number 1

Cherry tomatoes number 2

Roma tomatoes

Beefsteak tomatoes

Baby cucumber sprout-let #1 off of the hill

Baby cucumber sprout-let #2 on the hill

Lettuce variety

Herbs trying their best to hang in there - I don't know what I am doing wrong to keep them from growing more...and some of their leaves are white'ish. If you have any ideas, please comment...

Chives slowly looking better than when we checked out of Walmart!

The mint kicking butt and taking names!

Our new addition to our plant family

Called hearts and flowers (should be called medusa!) a couple of vines were taken out of my MIL's flower garden

I am going to add a recipe to my other blog "The Dirty Details" in case you are interested. I have made this many times before and have been asked for the recipe several times. Check it out when you are done here! It is Hot Wing Pizza.
Hopefully this week will lend itself to being more interesting and blog-worthy. Stay tuned to see what adventures I end up finding!
